How we build it
The kitchen is where selections, lead times and trades overlap the most. Cabinets, stone, appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting all have to arrive in the right order, and a late hood insert or a custom panel can hold up the whole job.
So we plan the kitchen as a set of decisions with dates on them. You choose the long-lead items first, the cabinet drawings are confirmed before the order goes in, and the stone is templated on site once the cabinets are set. Many of our kitchens are part of a larger remodel, where walls come down to open the kitchen to the living space.

Who it's for
Homeowners who cook and gather in the kitchen and want it to work better, often as part of a larger remodel. We take on select stand-alone kitchen remodels as well, especially for clients we have built with before.
How we approach it
Allowances set a clear budget for cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures and lighting before you have picked them, and every upgrade is priced in writing before it is ordered.
We build the selections schedule early, ask for the long-lead choices first, and confirm details such as outlet locations, under-cabinet lighting and the hood's duct route before the walls close.

Questions we hear often
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Los Angeles?
Our pricing guide shows a current planning range per kitchen, with design and permits included. Moving walls or adding a small bump-out adds the cost of beams, engineering and plan check. The written proposal after a site visit is the real price.
Can you remove a wall to open the kitchen?
Often, yes. If the wall carries load, a structural engineer sizes a beam and we include the engineering and plan check in the scope. We tell you at the site visit whether a wall is likely to be structural.
Do you do stand-alone kitchen remodels?
We take on select stand-alone kitchen remodels, and many of our kitchens are part of a larger remodel or addition.
