SMS Terms: 1 Degree Construction project texts

What the program is

“1 Degree Construction project texts” is the text message program of 1 Degree Construction, Inc., a licensed general contractor in Studio City, California. If you agree to it, we text you about your inquiry and your project. The messages include:

• appointment confirmations and reminders, such as site visits and design meetings;
• project updates, such as schedules, inspections, progress on site and links to your private project page;
• invoice and payment reminders;
• replies to your questions.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you join

You join by checking the text message box on one of our website forms, by texting us first, or by agreeing on a call after a member of our team reads you these terms. We keep a record of your consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase: you can hire us and work with us without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming that you have opted out, and then we will not text you again unless you agree again. You can also opt out by calling or emailing us.
