About the project

We are building a new 2,400 sf single-story home with an attached garage on a lot cleared after the Palisades fire. The exterior is finished in smooth sand-toned stucco with dark window frames.

Inside, white shaker cabinetry runs to the ceiling in the kitchen around a large island, set against a book-matched slab backsplash with soft gold and grey veining. Wide-plank natural wood floors run through the main rooms, and the baths have white shaker vanities and large-format tile showers with niches.
